Caring Angel Agency LLC was founded on April 16, 2024, by Jacqueline W. Clifton out of a deep desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. After over 14 years in the home health aide profession, Jacqueline was inspired to establish an agency that reflects her passion, experience, and dedication to compassionate care. Her goal was to create a service rooted in empathy, professionalism, and the commitment to empower individuals to live with dignity, safety, and independence.
